Setting the stage for your day through intention setting will help to increase your focus and accomplishment of goals that are important to you.
There is so much noise and distraction in the world, setting an intention draws you back into your self and what’s important for your health and well-being. This practice should be used as part of a self-care routine.
Here’s what you’ll do:
1) Take a few minutes each morning to sit with your self and discuss what you would like to focus on strengthening or accomplishing this day.
2) Come back to this intention throughout the day to check in and see how you are doing.
